Do Memberships Cost?
No, access to memberships is free for everyone, with free shipping and free collections included. You only pay for your recycling returns box.

What is the difference between quantity and frequency?
Quantity = The number of returns boxes per send out
Frequency = How often those returns boxes are sent out.
For example, you're a salon who needs 2 boxes every month. You would select:
Quantity = 2
Frequency = 12 boxes a year
What do I select if I need more than 12 boxes a year?
You have two options:
- Increase the quantity to get multiple boxes per shipment.
- Select more than 12 boxes a year and we'll be in touch to customise your subscription.
